Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />164 <br />165 When the mayor asked about the schedule for breaking ground, a development representative <br />166 explained that they expect to be asking for a change in the Letter of Credit situation which they will <br />167 propose to staff. <br />168 613) Consider Resolution No. 20-98 Approving Preliminary Plat for Otter Crossing — City <br />169 Planner Larsen reviewed a PowerPoint presentation that included information on the following: <br />170 - Site review (29 acres); <br />171 - Site Plan, <br />172 - Exterior elevations of the building; <br />Floor Plan (six units, drive through noted); <br />174 - Findings of Fact review; <br />175 - Public Safety comments; <br />176 - Planning and Zoning Board approval (6-0 vote); <br />177 - Requested council action. <br />178 Mayor Rafferty remarked that it is exciting to see development in this area of the City. <br />179 <br />180 Developer (Time Properties), expressed excitement on the development and noted specifically how <br />181 they plan to make this a successful development by orientation. They look forward to this exciting <br />182 development and they agree with staffs findings. <br />183 The mayor asked if this is a shovel ready project and Community Development Director Grochala <br />184 explained the developer will have to come back vrith a final plat and project plan, probably ready to go <br />185 for spring construction. <br />186 Councilmember Cavegn confirmed that the six spots could be adjoined in numbers. <br />187 Councilmember Ruhland moved. to approve Resolution.
