SETTING THE AGENDA The agenda was approved as presented. 20 CONSENT AGENDA 21 There were no Consent Items. 22 FINANCE DEPARTMENT REPORT 23 There was no report from the Finance Department. 24 ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT REPORT 25 There was no report from the Administration Department. 26 PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT REPORT 27 There was no report from the Public Safety Department. 28 PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT REPORT 29 5A) Consider Resolution 20-107, Awarding Contracts for the 2020 City Hall Renovation 30 Project, Rick DeGardner reviewed his written report. He noted that staff is requesting 31 consideration to award eight bids. He reviewed the history of council consideration of the elements 32 of the project. The contractors were reviewed. The project will meet eligibility requirement for 33 CARES Act grant funding. 34 Couneilmember Stoesz asked if the bids are not to exceed numbers. Mr. DeGardner confirmed. 35 Public Services Director DeGardner noted those contracts that were coordinated for the City and 36 those that were directly handled by the City. Mayor Rafferty remarked that he understands that 37 coordination is needed in a project like this where there are many moving pieces and a strict 38 deadline.
