Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br />51 <br />52 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve 2nd Reading and passage of Ordinance No. 04 -13 as <br />53 presented. Council Member Roeser seconded the motion. Motion carried: Yeas; 5; Nays none. <br />54 <br />55 Council Member Roeser moved to waive the full reading of Ordinance No. 05 -13. Council Member <br />56 O'Donnell seconded the motion.
