• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-19 <br />APPROVING BIDDING POLICY <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes is proposing to implement the Bidding Policy used for <br />competitive sealed bidding and electronic bidding processes; and <br />WHEREAS, the Bidding Policy is compliant with all Minnesota State Statutes regarding <br />competitive bidding procedures; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />approves the Bidding Policy. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 961 day of March 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Stoesz and was duly seconded by Council Member Ruhland and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Stopsz, Ruhland, Cavegn, Lyden, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Juli. - Bartell, City C' rk <br />
