CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-23 <br />APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR EDWARD JONES FINANCIAL <br />WHEREAS, Daniel Chrzanowski, Financial Advisors for Edward Jones Financial has <br />submitted a peddlers license application to the city clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Daniel Chrzanowski has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of the <br />Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted a background check on <br />the company representative that will be working in Lino Lakes, Daniel Chrzanowski within the <br />past 12 months; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves <br />the request of Edward Jones Financial to sell services door to door for a period of six -months <br />beginning April 15, 2020 and ending October 15, 2020. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of March, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Stoesz and was duly seconded by Council Member Ruhland and upon vote being taken thereon. <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Stoesz, Ruhland, Cavegn, Lyden, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: None <br />s P"' 12-441%ft\* <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />-•cam <br />Ju la e Bartell, Ci Cler <br />
