• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-27 <br />APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br />EAST CEDAR STREET & 24TH AVENUE/ELMCREST AVENUE NORTH <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, On March 9, 2020, the City Council awarded a construction contract to North Valley, <br />Inc, in the amount of $700,636.80; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB and Associates has submitted a proposal to complete the construction <br />services for the East Cedar Street & 24th Avenue/Elmcrest Avenue North Improvement Project <br />in the amount of $45,476; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the city to proceed with <br />the construction oversight and administration, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB, in the name <br />of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction services of the East Cedar Street & 24th Avenue/ <br />Elmcrest Avenue North Improvement Project. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of March, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />Lyden and was duly seconded by Councilmember Cavegn and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Lyden, Cavegn, Stoesz, Ruhland, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: None <br />ATTEST: <br />J <br />e : artell, City Cler <br />Roc71t"•t24j+e <br />fferty.
