• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-31 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR WATERMARK 3RD ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the PUD Final Plan/Final Plat for Watermark 3rd <br />Addition with Resolution No. 20-30 on May 11, 2020; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br />of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Development Agreement between US Home Corporation and the City of <br />Lino Lakes for Watermark 3r1 Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such <br />agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11th day of May, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Cavegn and was duly seconded by Council Member Ruhland and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Cavegn, Ruhland, Lyden, Stoesz, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: None <br />ATTEST: <br />e Bartell, ' ity C <br />4Rob afferty, Mayor <br />• t•12-41`7"n\.....f <br />
