CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-33 <br />APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br />2020 STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Council awarding a construction contract to North Valley, Inc. in <br />the amount of $856,152.22, on April 13, 2020 ; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB and Associates has submitted a proposal to complete the construction <br />services for the 2020 Street Rehabilitation Project in the amount of $42,914; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the city to proceed with <br />the construction oversight and administration, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB, in the name <br />of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction services of 2020 Street Rehabilitation Project. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of April, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Stoesz and was duly seconded by Council Member Ruhland and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Stoesz, Ruhland, Cavegn, Lyden, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: <br />None <br />ATTEST: <br />Julian .
