• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LADS <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-34 <br />APPROVE EXTENDING THE WORKING HOURS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />WATER TOWER NO. 3 <br />WHEREAS, On August 26, 2019 the City Council awarded a construction contract to Landmark <br />Structures for the construction of Water Tower No. 3; and <br />WHEREAS, Landmark Structures has requested to extend the City's working hours on <br />weekends to Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />approves the extension of working hours for the construction of Water Tower No. 3. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of April, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Cavegn and was duly seconded by Council Member Ruhland and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Cavegn, Ruhland, Lyden, Stoesz, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: <br />None <br />ATTEST: <br />apae Bartell, C C k <br />p-. 12-4.1*-1-n„..* <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />
