• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-37 <br />APPROVING ISSUANCE OF AN ANNUAL PERMIT ALLOWING THE SALE OF <br />CONSUMER FIREWORKS AT TARGET STORE 1448 <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application from Target Store 1448 requesting permission <br />to sell consumer fireworks at the 749 Apollo Drive in the City of Lino Lakes; and <br />WHEREAS, the Public Service Department has reviewed the application and finds the request <br />to be in compliance with applicable fire codes and fire prevention regulations; and <br />WHEREAS, Target has paid the required license fees and is in compliance with city ordinance; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br />That the City Council hereby approves an annual permit for sale of consumer fireworks for <br />Target Store 1448 located at 749 Apollo Drive, effective upon the expiration of their current <br />license running through May 13, 2020. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th of April, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Stoesz and was duly seconded by Council Member Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br />Stoesz, Lyden, Ruhland, Cavegn, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: <br />None <br />ATTEST: <br />e Bartell, ty C <br />f fRo afferty,32-41.-n.A... <br />yor <br />
