CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-39 <br />ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT, 2020 CITY <br />HALL PARKING LOT FOG SEAL PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the 2020 City Hall Parking Lot Fog Seal Project, <br />quotes were received: Asphalt Surface Technologies Corporation in the amount of $19,842.50, <br />and Allied Blacktop Company in the amount of $20,071.75; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Asphalt Surface Technologies Corporation is the lowest responsible <br />quote; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Asphalt Surface <br />Technologies Corporation in the amount of $19,842.50, in the name of the City of Lino Lakes, for <br />the construction of the 2020 City Hall Parking Lot Fog Seal Project according to the plans and <br />specifications approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk; and <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of April, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />Stoesz and was duly seconded by Councilmember Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Stoesz, Lyden, Ruhland, Cavegn, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: <br />None <br />ATTEST: <br />uli. • e Bartell, ty Clerk <br />• <br />• C `7-n. <br />fterty, Ma or <br />
