• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-42 <br />ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT <br />LIFT STATION NO. 5 FORCEMAIN REPAIR PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the Lift Station No. 5 Forcemain Repair Project, <br />quotes were received: <br />Contractor <br />Base Quote <br />GM Contracting, Inc. <br />$150,421.21 <br />Ellingson Companies, Inc. <br />$154,645.00 <br />EJM Pipe Services <br />Decline to Quote <br />WHEREAS, it appears that GM Contracting, Inc. of Lake Crystal, Minnesota is the lowest <br />responsible bidder; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract GM Contracting, Inc. <br />for the construction of the Lift Station No. 5 Forcemain Repair Project in the amount of <br />$150,421.21. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of April, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />Lyden and was duly seconded by Councilmember Cavegn and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Lyden, Cavegn, Ruhland, Stoesz, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: <br />None <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne <br />Roo afferty, Mayor <br />
