• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-46 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE UPDATE TO THE ALTERNATIVE URBAN <br />AREAWIDE REVIEW (AUAR) FOR THE LINO LAKES I-35E CORRIDOR <br />WHEREAS, an AUAR Update has been completed for the project pursuant to Minnesota Rules <br />4410 and identifies and assesses the environmental impacts and mitigation measures associated <br />with the I-35E Corridor Area; <br />WHEREAS, the I-35E Corridor Area is located on approximately 4,500 acres located in the <br />northeastern portion of Lino Lakes; <br />WHEREAS, the AUAR was updated pursuant to Minnesota Rules 4410.3610; <br />WHEREAS, the AUAR Update was distributed for the required 10-day comment period and <br />published in the EQB Monitor; <br />WHEREAS, comments received on the AUAR Update have generated information adequate to <br />determine mitigation measures associated with the potential development in this area; <br />WHEREAS, no agency objections were filed for the AUAR Update; <br />WHEREAS, the comments received and responses developed are included in the public record <br />for the AUAR; <br />WHEREAS, development in the I-35E Corridor Area is expected to comply with all Lino <br />Lakes and review agency standards as well as the mitigation measures outlined in the AUAR <br />Update. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby adopts the I-35E Corridor Area Alternative Urban Areawide Review Update dated April <br />15, 2020. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11th day of May, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Cavegn and was duly seconded by Council Member Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Cavegn, Lyden, Ruhland, Stoesz, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: None <br />ATTEST: <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />r <br />
