• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-48 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, 12th AVENUE TRAIL. PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 12th Avenue Trail Project, <br />quotes were received, and tabulated: <br />CONTRACTOR <br />TOTAL QUOTE <br />Allied Blacktop Co. <br />Did Not Quote <br />Asphalt Concrete Solutions <br />Did Not Quote <br />Bituminous Roadways Inc. <br />$150,703.30 <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Bituminous Roadways Inc. of Mendota Heights, MN is the lowest <br />responsible bidder; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract Bituminous Roadways <br />Inc. for the construction of the 12th Avenue Trail Project in the amount of $150,703.30; <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of May, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />Ruhland and was duly seconded by Councilmember Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Ruhland, Lyden, Cavegn, Stoesz, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />nne Bartell, Jity C - <br />fL.
