• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-49 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, 2020 TRAIL MAINTENANCE PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2020 Trail Maintenance <br />Project, quotes were received, and tabulated: <br />CONTRACTOR <br />TOTAL QUOTE <br />Allied Blacktop Co. <br />$59,898.55 <br />Arcade Asphalt, Inc. <br />Did Not Quote <br />Bituminous Roadways Inc. <br />$64,911.50 <br />Muellner Blacktop, Inc. <br />Did Not Quote <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Allied Blacktop Co. of Maple Grove, Minnesota, is the lowest <br />responsible bidder; and <br />WHEREAS, the funding for the project is from the general fund, park budget, in the amount of <br />$40,000.00 and park and trail improvement budget in the amount of $30,000.00; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract Allied Blacktop Co. for <br />the construction of the 2020 Trail Maintenance Project in the amount of $59,898.55; <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of June, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member r h,e z and upon <br />vo being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />S-tuesz, Lyd-en, Ca.re?,, Ru-.IAvld, 'Ra erh1 <br />The following voted against same: <br />Na►AX- <br />ATTEST: <br />Juli. e Bartell, C.
