Tents and/or Canopies covering the outdoor dining and seating facilities may be allowed, <br />if not otherwise restricted by State COVID-19 requirements, subject to conformance with <br />State Fire Code requirements. <br />5. Fees. The Administrative permit fee for accessory outdoor dining and seating facilities is <br />hereby waived. <br />6. Termination. The interim administrative permits issued under these provisions shall <br />terminate when the public emergency declared by the governor under Minn. Stat. Chapter <br />12 terminates, or the governor permits bars and eateries to reopen for indoor service, <br />whichever occurs first. If indoor service is limited to less than full capacity, the <br />establishment may request that it be allowed to continue, in whole or in part, the outdoor <br />service allowed. <br />7.
