• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-54 <br />ACCEPTING QUOTES, LIFT STATION NO. 5 FORCEMAIN PROJECT <br />RESTORATION — PAVEMENT RESTORATION <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the Lift Station No. 5 Forcemain Project <br />Restoration, a low quote from Bituminous Roadways, Inc. of Mendota Heights, Minnesota was <br />received in the amount of $25,200.00; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Bituminous Roadways, Inc. of Mendota Heights, Minnesota is the <br />lowest responsible bidder; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to accept the quote from Bituminous <br />Roadways, Inc. for the construction of the Lift Station No. 5 Forcemain Project Restoration — <br />Pavement Restoration in the amount of $25,200.00. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of June, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />fil s z and was duly seconded by Council Member I AAA -at and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />os <br />The following voted against same: <br />ATTEST: <br />
