• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAK ES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-55 <br />Approving Renewal of Tobacco Licenses for the 2020/2021 Licensing Period <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period for tobacco licenses in the City of Lino Lakes is one <br />year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the following year; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is required to approve the renewal of tobacco licenses; and <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed the renewal applications that have been submitted <br />and verified that licensing requirements are met; and <br />WHEREAS, the Public Safety Department has completed the required background <br />investigations; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes, Minnesota: <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the renewal of tobacco licenses as set forth in <br />Exhibit A that is attached to this resolution. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th of June, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member L H d e., and was duly seconded by Council Member R Exh I avid <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />L.\fd v , (ZiA141 vtd, ceAveyn, S-troesz, 2a•-Fer <br />The following voted against same: <br />N o e- <br />ATTEST: <br />Ju i e Bartell, ity Clerk <br />
