• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-58 <br />ACCEPTING QUOTES, LIFT STATION NO. 5 FORCEMAIN PROJECT <br />RESTORATION — CONCRETE RESTORATION <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the Lift Station No. 5 Forcemain Project <br />Restoration, a low quote from CR Fischer & Sons, Inc. of Farmington, Minnesota was received in <br />the amount of $10,700.00; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears that CR Fischer & Sons, Inc. of Farmington, Minnesota is the lowest <br />responsible bidder; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to accept the quote from CR Fischer & Sons, <br />Inc. for the construction of the Lift Station No. 5 Forcemain Project Restoration — Concrete <br />Restoration in the amount of $10,700.00. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of June, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />R. u t-i1 a .4.ct• and was duly seconded by Council Member 5-re es z. <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />r_thereof: <br />c <br />D"1DQcz RtA_k(N.-K G�/Iry61-eA,0-m.c Ali Vl:RA--F cAT. <br />The following voted against same: <br />ATTEST: <br />ianne Bartell, City erk <br />and upon <br />
