• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-60 <br />APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR SPIDEXX PEST CONTROL <br />WHEREAS, A Representative for Spidexx Pest Control, has submitted a peddlers license <br />application to the city clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Spidexx Pest Control has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of <br />the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license; and <br />WHEREAS, Spidexx is required to have a plan established and implement a COVID-19 <br />Preparedness Plan. Each Plan must provide for the business's implementation of Minnesota <br />OSHA Standards and MDH and CDC Guidelines. <br />WHEREAS, Spidexx has a plan submitted and on file in the City Clerk's office. <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted a background check on <br />the company representatives that will be working in Lino Lakes; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves <br />the request of Spidexx Pest Control, to travel throughout Lino Lakes offering pest control <br />services for a period of six -months commencing June 23rd through December 23rd, 2020. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of June, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Staesz and was duly seconded by Council Member 12u_b,14.44d and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Sk-oest, 12u1n Icchd, Cc&vegn, Lyd-en, RA. e <br />The following voted against same: <br />N o ne. <br />ATTEST: <br />afferty, Mayor <br />
