• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-65 <br />Approving Massage Enterprise and Individual Licenses <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved regulations that license the practice of massage <br />therapy in the City. <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period for Massage Enterprise and Individual Licenses in the City of <br />Lino Lakes is one year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the following year; <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the new application that has been submitted and verified <br />that local licensing regulations are met; <br />WHERAS, the Lino Lakes Public Service Department has conducted the required background <br />investigations for license renewals and has found no reason to deny; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the massage enterprise and individual licenses for <br />Rebeka Olson, Revitalize Therapeutic Massage. Approval contingent upon applicants meeting <br />all city and state requirements for said licenses. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd of June, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />S+oesz- and was duly seconded by Council Member Ruti (c nd and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />-Ivesz, ROI14.hc1, CKvegn, L-yde.1, t20.-C-h?r-F-1 <br />The following voted against same: <br />Wane <br />ATTEST: <br />e Bartell, City ler <br />fferty, Mayor <br />
