• • CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 20-68 RESOLUTION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR LABORER'S TRAINING CENTER (2350 MAIN STREET) WHEREAS, the City received a land use application for a Conditional Use Permit for Laborer's Training Center (LTC) located at 2350 Main Street and hereafter referred to as "Development"; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned LI, Light Industrial and allows for two (2) or more buildings on the same lot with a conditional use permit; and WHEREAS, the legal description of the subject property is as follows: (Per Quit Claim Deed Doc. No. 1324428 and Warranty Deed No. 197637.003) East 1/2 of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 31, Range 22, except Parcel 11, Anoka County Right of Way Plat No. 65, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record In the office of the Anoka County Recorder and Registrar of Titles; and WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the land use application based on the following plans: • Civil Plan Set prepared by Barr Engineering Co. dated May 11, 2020 • Architectural Plan Set prepared by Architecture Advantage dated May 11, 2020 • Boundary Survey prepared by Sunde Land Surveying dated April 17, 2019 • Stormwater Management Plan prepared by Barr Engineering Co. dated May 2020 • Wetland Delineation Report prepared by Barr Engineering Co. dated August 2019 • Street Vacation Exhibit prepared by Sunde Land Surveying dated May 7, 2020; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on June 10, 2020 and the Board recommended approval of the conditional use permit. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes hereby makes the following findings: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. The proposed development application has been found to be consistent with the policies and recommendations of the Lino Lakes Comprehensive Plan including: a. Land Use Plan.
