• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-69 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE <br />AGREEMENT WITH LABORER'S TRAINING CENTER (2350 MAIN STREET) <br />WHEREAS, the City has completed review of the site and building plan for Laborer's Training <br />Center located at 2350 Main Street; and <br />WHEREAS, the parcel is legally described as follows: <br />(Per Quit Claim Deed Doc. No. 1324428 and Warranty Deed No. 197637.003) <br />East 1/2 of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 31, Range <br />22, except Parcel 11, Anoka County Right of Way Plat No. 65, according to the map or plat <br />thereof on file and of record In the office of the Anoka County Recorder and Registrar of Titles <br />and; <br />WHEREAS, Section 1007.020(5)(d) of the Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance requires the execution <br />of a site performance agreement prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that <br />the Site Improvement Performance Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and Laborer's <br />Training Center is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute such <br />agreements on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of July, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member L„ and was duly seconded by Council Member c(._ and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Ly 1L 44, fitu.ti1c a) <br />The following voted against same: <br />NIANA - 410 s.e,vi t, ca we <br />ATTEST: <br />Julia : Bartell, ty C <br />
