• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-75 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 8 AND FINAL FOR THE LAMOTTE AREA STREET <br />AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 18-112 of the Council adopted September 10, 2018, <br />awarding the contract for the LaMotte Area Street and Utility Improvements Project to Forest <br />Lake Contracting, Inc. <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 8 (Final); <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment <br />Request No. 8 (Final) is approved for a final contract amount of $1,113,943.53. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of July, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Si i-ve 57. and was duly seconded by Council Member L y den and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />SfOeSZ, Lyden, A.hlar1cl, a`-vegr), Raeferhi <br />The following voted against same: i1 <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, ity Clerk <br />Ro .
