• <br />• <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 04-20 <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING STREET EASEMENT <br />(Elmcrest Avenue) <br />Section 1: Findings <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes has determined to vacate a portion of the street easement <br />dedicated on the area described as "The east 33.00 feet of that part of the East 1/2 of the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, lying south of a line drawn parallel with and 171.74 feet south of, as <br />measured at a right angle to, the most southerly line of Parcel 11, Anoka County Right of Way <br />Plat No. 65, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Anoka <br />County Recorder and Registrar of Titles and lying north of a line drawn parallel with and 400.00 <br />feet south of, as measured at a right angle to, said most southerly line of Parcel 11." as shown in <br />Exhibit A; and <br />A public hearing was held on July 13, 2020, before the City Council in the City Hall Council <br />Chambers after due published and posted notice had been given and a reasonable attempts were <br />made to give personal notice to all affected property owners, and all persons interested were <br />given an opportunity to be heard; and <br />Section 3: Effect <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication according <br />to the Lino Lakes City Charter and upon recording of the Right -of -Way Vacation. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on July 27, 2020. <br />This is a summary of the adopted ordinance.
