CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-86 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 <br />WATER TOWER NO. 3 PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 19-107 of the Council adopted on August 25, 2019, <br />awarding the contract for the Water Tower No. 3 Project to Landmark Structures; and <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Change Order No. 1; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />that Change Order No. 1 is approved in the amount of $5,560.00. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27t" day of July, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />eUvecr and was duly seconded by Council Member R_Ex tAA a.kcL and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />-vesr, Rut4 to v d, Lyd.e.„ k.,SI-Desz, R t f feu <br />The following voted against same: <br />N <br />fferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />ia�Ine Bartell, Cit Cler <br />
