• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-87 <br />APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE PERSONNEL POLICY <br />WHEREAS, staff has identified that the Computer Purchase Plan within the Personnel Policy is no <br />longer relevant and does not provide a benefit to the City anymore; and <br />WHEREAS, the original intent behind the policy was to help employees get access to and become <br />familiar, and more comfortable, with computers; and <br />WHEREAS, technology, access, and use has come a long way and this provision has strayed from its <br />original intent due to technology being common place. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, that the <br />Computer Purchase Plan is removed from the Personnel Policy. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of August, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />C -fo e s z. and was duly seconded by Council Member Ly d. .. and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />51v.e s z, L 4 44A.,' . i 1 OVKtL, C' �ut�►, TZ a l; {-�. <br />The following voted against same: <br />t�l.owe_ <br />ATTEST: <br />t=r-"k-d.t? <br />Rqb Rafjferty, Mayor <br />
