• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-88 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION FOR <br />MAINTENANCE OF STORMWATER FACILITIES <br />WOODS EDGE <br />WHEREAS, the Woods Edge project included the construction of stormwater facilities such as <br />catch basins, pipe, and ponds to convey street surface water and provide water treatment prior to <br />entering public waters; and <br />WHEREAS, such stormwater facilities are subject to maintenance requirements of the City and <br />Rice Creek Watershed District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Woods Edge Townhome Association, Inc. is required to complete the <br />maintenance per the agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />approves the Amended and Restated Declaration for Maintenance of Stormwater Management <br />Facilities, Woods Edge Townhome Association, Inc.. <br />• Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of August, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Sett e s i and was duly seconded by Council Member RIA-L.L a.A.r.1- and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />S-to est, "Rt...44,lsc.Kct' , tow .er , L .4.44"_, it•-(. .-4,1 <br />The following voted against same: <br />ATTEST: <br />• <br />
