• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-97 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR STERN ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat for Stern Addition with Resolution No. <br />20-96 on September 14, 2020; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br />of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Development Agreement between James and Sheryl Stern and the City of <br />Lino Lakes for Stern Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such <br />agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14t" day of September, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Co-vey and was duly seconded by Council Member VtdA lcwc( and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />eave5h,12. 1 d, Lyoc.eA, 4esz, Rei <br />The following voted against same: <br />ATTEST: <br />nne Bartell City k <br />l <br />R <br />Rz <br />fferty, ayor <br />
