• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-104 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING IMPROVEMENTS TO <br />ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM <br />WHEREAS, With the City Council approval of Resolution No. 20-103, access control system <br />upgrades are necessary; and <br />WHEREAS, Electro Watchman is currently the service provider for the access control systems <br />at all city -owned buildings; and <br />WHEREAS, The project scope provides necessary upgrades to existing door locations to <br />integrate newly installed automatic door operator systems for touchless doors as well as the <br />installation of new access control door locations with touchless/auto operators; and <br />WHEREAS, The not -to -exceed project costs for the Civic Complex is $27,589.75, and Public <br />Works is $13,122.31. The City will only be billed for actual services rendered, and <br />WHEREAS, Staff has reviewed this project and determined that it meets the eligibility <br />requirements (necessary expenditures due to COVID-19, not accounted for in the most recently <br />adopted budget, expenditures will be incurred during the covered period of March 1 to <br />November 15, 2020). <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />Hereby authorizes the Public Services Director to enter into an agreement with Electro Watchman <br />for improvements to the access control system. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes thisl4t day of September, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Ru.,kla 4AL and was duly seconded by Council Member Llic4 and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />ic.klAV4, Ly Au& ,14oesz, Cay.c�., 1?o .f-41 <br />The following voted against same: <br />ATTEST: <br />e Bartell, C.
