CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-109 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE AND TIME FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR <br />THE PROPOSED 2021 OPERATING BUDGET AND 2020 TAX LEVY, COLLECTIBLE <br />IN 2021 <br />WHEREAS, cities are required to hold a hearing during a regularly scheduled City Council <br />meeting to receive public input on the proposed operating budget and tax levy; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Lino Lakes wishes to set the date and time of its meeting for <br />this purpose. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota, that: <br />1. The public hearing date is hereby set for Monday, December 14, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. <br />during the regularly scheduled City Council meeting with final adoption of the 2020/2021 <br />tax levy and 2021 operating budget anticipated immediately following the hearing. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28th day of September, 2020. <br />• <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />Stoesz and was duly seconded by Councilmember Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br />Stoesz, Lyden, Cavegn, Ruhland, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: <br />None <br />ATTEST: <br />• <br />artell, City Clerk <br />1 <br /><7 i P.4% 12-41`7M\0,. 1 <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />
