• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-115 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE 2021 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the City to proceed with <br />the preparation of plans and specifications for the 2021 Street Improvement Projects: <br />2021 Street Reconstruction Project: <br />Full Depth Reclamation (approximately 2.2 miles) — Joyer Lane, Karth Road, Talle Lane, <br />Canfield Road, and Gaage Lane neighborhood roadways, and 4th Avenue (Main Street to <br />Pine Street). <br />2021 Street Rehabilitation Project: <br />Full Depth Mill and Overlay / Reclamation (approximately 0.6 miles) — Forsham Lake <br />Drive, Post Road, and Stage Coach Trail (from cul du sac north 1,400 feet). Including <br />water system repairs. <br />Thin Overlay (approximately 1.6 miles) — James Street, Knoll Drive, and Oak Lane. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />authorizes the preparation of the plans and specifications for the 2021 Street Improvement <br />Projects. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of October, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Lyden and was duly seconded by Council Member Ruhland and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Lyden, Ruhland, Cavegn, Stoesz, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: None <br />ATTEST: <br />Bartell, C <br />y <br />Cle <br />oft <br />• . <br />Rafferty, M or <br />
