• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-116 <br />APPROVING DESIGN ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT <br />2021 STREET IMPROVMENT PROJECTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Council authorizing the preparation of the plans and <br />specifications for the 2021 Street Improvement Projects; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB and Associates has submitted a proposal to complete the plans and <br />specifications, and provide bid documents for the 2021 Street Reconstruction Project in the <br />amount of $113,428.00 and for the 2021 Street Rehabilitation Project in the amount of <br />$43,433.00. For a total not to exceed amount of $156,861.00; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the city to proceed with <br />preparing the plans and specification required to bid the 2021 Street Improvement Projects, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB, in the name <br />of the City of Lino Lakes, for the preparation of the plans and specifications for the 2021 Street <br />Improvement Projects. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of October, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />Ruhland and was duly seconded by Councilmember Stoesz and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Ruhland, Stoesz, Lyden, Cavegn, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: None <br />ATTEST: <br />Ju Bartell, City ler <br />• • 4l'.t�,,,., <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />
