• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-117 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHROIZING THE CERTIFICATION OF DELINQUENT WATER <br />AND SEWER UTILITY CHARGES FOR COLLECTION WITH 2020 PROPERTY <br />TAXES PAYABLE IN 2021 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Section 401.30 and Section 402.14, Subd. 6, the Accounting <br />Clerk I has prepared a list of properties having delinquent water and sewer charges to be certified <br />to the Anoka County Auditor for collection with 2020 property taxes, payable in 2021, and <br />WHEREAS, notice of such certification was mailed to effected property owners, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has met to consider the certification of such delinquent water and <br />sewer charges. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that <br />the Clerk is hereby authorized to certify the delinquent water and sewer charges as indicated on <br />the attached listing to the Anoka County Auditor to be collected with the 2020 property taxes, <br />payable in 2021 at an interest rate of 8.00% per annum. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of October, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />e 4.
