• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-123 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 5 AND FINAL FOR THE PHEASANT HILLS CIRCLE <br />PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, on May 13, 2019, the City Council passed resolution 19-59, awarding the contract <br />for the Pheasant Hills Circle Project to T.A. Schifsky & Sons, Inc. in the amount of $158,878.30; <br />WHEREAS, on August 12, 2019, the City Council passed resolution 19-97, approving Change <br />Order No. 1 for service repairs in the amount of $65,524.25; <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 5 (Final) where the final <br />Base Bid amount was $166,334.85 and the Change Order No. 1 was $59,591.94; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment <br />Request No. 5 (Final) is approved for a final contract amount of $227,926.79. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of October, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Ly ct.en and was duly seconded by Council Member S-tbe s Z and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in faavor{-thereof: <br />Lydevt, Sfioest Ru (a-wd C�.Vecv�.
