• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-124 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, 2020 I&I PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2020 I&I Project, quotes <br />were received, and tabulated: <br />CONTRACTOR TOTAL QUOTE <br />R&H Painting, LLC. $18,945.00 <br />EverLast Rehab $22,950.00 <br />WHEREAS, it appears that R&H Painting, LLC. of Cokato, Minnesota is the lowest responsible <br />bidder; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract R&H Painting, LLC. <br />for the construction of the 2020 I&I Project in the amount of $18,945.00; <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of October, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Ly ot.4,v4 and was duly seconded by Council Member wh t and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />L`(dw, 1 (- 4 ►et.4.vol, Sib s 2, `o-vtSri , RacfQic-ki <br />The following voted against same: <br />ovt.e.-, <br />ATTEST: <br />Ju I e Bartell, C.
