CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-126 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 5 AND FINAL FOR THE 2018 SURFACE WATER <br />MAINTENANCE PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council passed Resolution 18-140 on October 22, 2018, awarding the <br />construction contract to Olson's Sewer Service, Inc. for the 2018 Surface Water Maintenance <br />Project; and <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 5 (Final) for the 2018 <br />Surface Water Maintenance Project and can be found on file at the offices of the City of Lino <br />Lakes; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment <br />Request No. 5 (Final) is approved for a final contract amount of $105,706.00 to Olson's Sewer <br />Service, Inc. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of October, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Ca.�c e r. and was duly seconded by Council Member V- foe s Z and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Ca.�4c $n S 1-De si, Ra.kLc oQ LycCwt, Rollre4+i <br />The following voted against same: <br />N,r uz— <br />• iN <br />ferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Ci c:ET"Le Bartell, <br />
