CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-127 <br />LOCAL APPROVAL OF A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT <br />FOR CENTENNIAL HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL BOOSTERS <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council has received a request from the Centennial High <br />School Football Boosters for a lawful gambling premises permit to conduct gambling (pull tabs, <br />tip board, paddlewheel) at Campanelle Bar and Restaurant, 7114 Otter Lake Road, Suite 150. <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Gambling Control Board requires the City of Lino Lakes to submit <br />a resolution to the City Council approving the premises permit application; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has conducted the required background investigation; and <br />WHEREAS, the Centennial High School Football Boosters is in compliance with Chapter 611 <br />of the Lino Lakes City Code relating to Lawful Gambling; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the request of the Centennial High School Football Boosters for a Premise <br />Permit for Charitable Gambling at Campanelle Bar and Restaurant, 7114 Otter Lake Road, Suite <br />150.. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of October, 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />aye gev, and was duly seconded by Council Member Rt4-k. la.J,. and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Q & V c gn . u..k l a-44. ., S- fi e s L, Ly cLe4t, Y2.11-1 `.... -s, <br />The following voted against same: 1 <br />N avk <br />fferty, Mayor <br />• <br />
