The <br />1st reading was approved by Council on May 11, 2020. <br />BACKGROUND <br />The applicant, BL Holdings, LLC, submitted a rezoning and preliminary plat land use <br />application for Nadeau Acres. The proposed 68 lot single family residential development is <br />located north of CSAH 34 (Birch Street) and west of CSAH 54 (20th Avenue) across from <br />NorthPointe. It contains two (2) parcels totaling approximately 33 gross acres. <br />The rezoning is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and compliant with the Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Planning & Zoning Board held a public hearing on February 12, 2020.
