• City of Lino Lakes - ZONING ORDINANCE <br />plantings or screening shall be provided in all areas bordering the <br />parking area. <br />M. Screening. When a parking area of six (6) spaces or more is <br />adjacent to a street or residential area, a curb or fence not greater <br />than four (4) feet in height shall be erected along the parking area. <br />Grass or plantings shall occupy the space between the parking lot <br />curb or fence and the street surface. (The City Council may <br />recommend screening in lieu of fencing.) <br />D. Maintenance. It shall be the joint responsibility of the operator and owner of the <br />principal use, uses and/or buildings to maintain, in a neat and adequate manner, <br />the parking space, access ways, landscaping and required screening. <br />E. Location. All accessory off-street parking facilities required by this Ordinance <br />shall be located and restricted as follows: <br />1. Required accessory off-street parking shall be on the same lot under the <br />same ownership as the principal use being served, except under the <br />provisions of Section 3, Subd. 5.G. and 5.H. <br />• 2. Spaces accessory to one and two family dwellings shall be located on the <br />same lot as the principal use served. <br />3. Spaces accessory to multiple family dwellings shall be located on the <br />same lot as the principal use served and within two hundred (200) feet of <br />the main entrance to the principal building served. <br />4. Spaces accessory to uses located in a business, industrial or public and <br />semi-public district shall be located, within eight hundred (800) feet of a <br />main entrance to the principal building served. <br />5. No off-street parking space located in a business, industrial or public and <br />semi-public district shall be permitted within a public right-of-way or within <br />fifteen (15) feet of any street surface. <br />6. Off-street parking shall meet the setback standard of the respective <br />zoning district. <br />7. In the case of single family dwellings which lie upon lots smaller than one <br />(1) acre, two family, townhouse and quadraminium dwellings, parking <br />shall be prohibited in any portion of the front yard except designated <br />3-45 <br />
