City of Lino Lakes - ZONING ORDINANCE <br />• M. Adult Use - Novelty Business. A business which has as a <br />principal activity the sale of devices which stimulate human genitals <br />or devices which are designed for sexual stimulation. <br />n. Adult Use - Sauna. A sauna which excludes minors <br />by reason of age, or which provides a steam bath or heat bathing <br />room used for the purpose of bathing, relaxation, or reducing, <br />utilizing steam or hot air as a cleaning, relaxing or reducing agent, <br />if the service provided by the sauna is distinguished or <br />characterized by an emphasis on "specified sexual activities" or <br />"specified anatomical areas". <br />o. Adult Use - Steam Room/Bathhouse Facility. A <br />building or a portion of a building used for providing a steam bath <br />or heat bathing room used for the purpose of pleasure, bathing, <br />relaxation, or reducing, utilizing steam or hot air as a cleaning, <br />relaxing or reducing agent if such building or portion of a building <br />restricts minors by reason of age or if the service provided by the <br />steam room/bathhouse facility is distinguished or characterized by <br />an emphasis on "specified sexual activities" or "specified <br />anatomical areas". <br />Aesthetic. The perception of artistic elements, or elements in the natural or <br />man-made environment which are pleasing to the eye. <br />Agricultural Farm Building. An accessory building designed, constructed, <br />used or intended to house farm implements or agriculture areas, as defined by <br />this Ordinance, on an active farm operation of more than ten acres (10). A <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Permit may be required. <br />Agriculture. The production, keeping or maintenance, for sale, or personal use, <br />of plants and animals useful to man, including but not limited to: forages and sod <br />crops, grains and seed crops; dairy animals and dairy products, poultry and <br />poultry products; livestock, including beef cattle, sheep, swine, horses, ponies, <br />mules, or goats, or any mutations or hybrids thereof, including the breeding and <br />grazing of any or all of such animals; bees and apiary products; fruits of all kinds, <br />including grapes, nuts and berries; vegetables; nursery, floral, ornamental and <br />greenhouse products; or lands devoted to a soil conservation or forestry <br />management program. <br />Airport. A place where aircraft can land and take off, usually equipped with <br />hangars, facilities for refueling and repair, and various accommodations for <br />passengers. <br />I - O <br />
