Accessory apartments as regulated by Section 3, Subd. 10 of this <br />Ordinance. <br />H. Conditional Uses. The following are conditional uses in the R-X District. These <br />uses require a conditional use permit based on the criteria and procedures <br />outlined in Section 2, Subd.2 of this Ordinance. <br />1. Private airports provided that: <br />a. The applicable provisions of Section 9, Subd. 4. of this <br />Ordinance relating to airport zoning are satisfactorily met. <br />b. All applicable requirements of the Federal Aviation <br />Administration (FAA), Minnesota Department of Transportation <br />(MnDOT), and Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) are <br />satisfactorily met. <br />• 2. Cemeteries provided that: <br />a. At minimum, the site accesses on a "major collector" street. <br />b. Where abutting a rural or residential zoning district, the <br />perifority of the site shall be screened in accordance with Section 3, <br />Subd. 4.S of this Ordinance. <br />3. Commercial riding stables, boarding stables, dog kennels, animal <br />hospitals with overnight care and similar uses provided that: <br />a. The applicable provisions of the City Code relating to the <br />keeping of animals are determined to be satisfied. <br />4. Animal feedlots exceeding three hundred (300) animal units <br />provided that: <br />a. All applicable regulations of the Minnesota Pollution Control <br />Agency (MPCA) are complied with. <br />b. The applicable provisions of the City Code relating to the <br />• keeping of farm animals are determined to be satisfied. <br />S-I? <br />
