All day care facility operations comply with the minimum <br />requirements of the Minnesota Department of Health and Human <br />Services regulations, as may be amended. <br />4. Cemeteries provided that: <br />a. At minimum, the site accesses on a "major collector" street. <br />b. Where abutting a rural or residential zoning district, the <br />periphery of the site shall be screened in accordance with Section <br />3, Subd. 4.S. of this Ordinance. <br />6-iu <br />
