Building Coverage/Green Area. In no event shall off-street parking space, <br />structures of any type, buildings, or other features cover more than sixty-five (65) <br />percent of the lot area resulting in less than thirty-five (35) percent landscaped <br />area. <br />D. Building Requirements. <br />1. Floor Area. The minimum outside dimension, floor area shall be <br />as follows: <br />a.
