City of Lino Lakes - Zoning Ordinance <br />Subd. 2. LB, Limited Business District. <br />A. Purpose. There may be some areas which are suitable only for commercial <br />uses of a limited (less intense) nature. This may be due to the close proximity of <br />residential uses. This may include high quality commercial areas such as an <br />"office park" development. Also, the LB District can be used as a transitional <br />district or buffer between non -compatible uses such as intense commercial (GB) <br />and residential uses. <br />B. Lot and Yard Requirements. <br />1. Minimum Lot Size. <br />a. Sewered Lots. Fifteen thousand (15,000) square feet. <br />b. Unsewered Lots. Ten (10) acres in accordance with applicable <br />provisions of Section 3, Subd. 2. of this Ordinance. <br />2. Minimum Lot Width. <br />• a. Sewered Lots. One hundred (100) feet. <br />b. Unsewered Lots. One hundred fifty (150) feet. <br />3. Setbacks. (The greater of the following:) <br />a. From Streets. <br />1) Principal Building - Local Street. Thirty (30) feet. <br />2) Principal Building - Collector or Arterial Street. Forty (40) <br />feet. <br />L <br />3) Parking Lot. Fifteen (15) feet. <br />b. Front Yard. <br />1) Principal Building. Thirty (30) feet. <br />2) Parking Lot. Fifteen (15) feet. <br />7-8 <br />
