• <br />City of Lino Lakes - Zoning Ordinance <br />25. Public utility collection offices. <br />26. Real estate sales. _ <br />27. Rest home, nursing home. <br />28. Shoe sales and repair. <br />29. Governmental and public regulated utility buildings and structures <br />necessary for the health, safety and general welfare of the City. <br />F. Interim Uses. Subject to applicable provisions of this Ordinance, the following <br />are interim uses in the LB District and are governed by Section 2, Subd. 3. of this <br />Ordinance: <br />1. None. <br />G. Accessory Uses. Subject to applicable provisions of this Ordinance, the <br />following are accessory uses in the LB District: <br />1. Outside services, sales, and equipment rental accessory to the principal <br />use and limited in area to twenty-five (25) percent of the gross floor area <br />of the principal building. <br />2. Off-street parking as regulated by Section 3, Subd. 5 of this Ordinance. <br />3. Off-street loading as regulated by Section 3, Subd. 6 of this Ordinance. <br />H. Conditional Uses. Subject to applicable provisions of this Ordinance, the <br />following are conditional uses in the LB District: These uses require a <br />conditional use permit based on the criteria and procedures outlined in Section <br />2, Subd. 2. of this Ordinance. <br />1. Private lodges and clubs provided that: <br />a. Adequate screening from abutting and adjoining residential uses <br />and landscaping is provided. <br />b. Adequate off-street parking and access is provided and that such <br />• parking is adequately screened and landscaped from adjoining and <br />residential uses. <br />7-11 <br />
