Subject to applicable provisions of this Ordinance, the following <br />are interim uses in the GB District and are governed by Section 2, Subd. 3. of <br />this Ordinance: <br />1. None. <br />G. Accessory Uses. Subject to applicable provisions of this Ordinance, the <br />following are accessory uses in the GB District: <br />1. Outside services, sales, and equipment rental accessory to the principal <br />use and limited in area to twenty-five (25) percent of the gross floor area <br />of the principal building. <br />2. Off-street parking as regulated by Section 3, Subd. 5 of this Ordinance. <br />3. Off-street loading as regulated by Section 3, Subd. 6 of this Ordinance. <br />4. Accessory apartments in combination with a principal business and <br />occupied by the business owner. <br />7-19 <br />
