Interim Uses. Subject to applicable provisions of this Ordinance, the following <br />are interim uses in the CB District and are governed by Section 2, Subd. 3. of <br />this Ordinance: <br />0 1. None. <br />G. Accessory Uses. Subject to applicable provisions of this Ordinance, the <br />following are accessory uses in the CB District: <br />1. Outside services, sales, and equipment rental accessory to the principal <br />use and limited in area to twenty-five (25) percent of the gross floor area <br />of the principal building. <br />2. Off-street parking as regulated by Section 3, Subd. 5. of this Ordinance. <br />3. Off-street loading as regulated by Section 3, Subd. 6. of this Ordinance. <br />H. Conditional Uses.
