City of Lino Lakes - Zoning Ordinance <br />3) Parking Lot. Five (5) feet. <br />d. Side Yard. <br />1) Principal Building. Ten (10) feet. <br />2) Accessory Building. Ten(10)feet <br />3) Parking Lot. Five (5) feet. <br />e. From Residential District. Seventy-five (75) feet. <br />f. Between Principal Buildings. Not less than one-half <br />(1/2) the sum of the building heights of the two (2) <br />buildings. <br />C. Height Regulations. No building in the LI District shall be erected or <br />structurally altered to exceed forty-five (45) feet in height. <br />D. Building Coverage/Green Area. In no event shall off-street parking space, <br />structures of any type, buildings, or other features cover more than ninety (90) <br />percent of the lot area resulting in less than ten (10) percent landscaped area. <br />E. Buffer. Where a side or rear lot line in an LI District coincides with an adjacent <br />residential or commercial district, or public road right-of-way, a landscape buffer <br />area shall be provided along such side or rear lot line not less than forty (40) feet <br />in depth and shall contain landscaping, planting, berming or other effective <br />screening suitable to provide an effective fifty (50) percent screen. <br />F. Permitted Uses. In the LI District, no building or land shall hereafter be <br />erected, or structurally altered except for one or more of the following uses. <br />1. Any use permitted in a Commercial District that will not interfere with <br />proper development of a Light Industrial District. <br />2. Shops and offices for contractors including plumbing, heating, <br />glazing, painting, paper hanging, roofing, ventilating, electrical, carpentry, <br />welding, landscaping, excavating, and general contracting but not storage <br />yards. <br />3. Bottling establishments to include beverages such as soft drinks, <br />milk, etc., but not including hazardous or toxic materials. <br />4. Manufacturing or assembly of a wide variety of products that <br />produces no exterior noise, glare, fumes, obnoxious products, by- <br />8_2 <br />Ll <br />• <br />• <br />
