Subject to applicable provisions of this Ordinance, the following <br />are interim uses in the LI District and are governed by Section 2, Subd. 3 of this <br />Ordinance: <br />1. None. <br />H. Accessory Uses. Subject to applicable provisions of this Ordinance, the <br />following are accessory uses in the LI District: <br />1. Off-street parking as regulated by Section 3, Subd. 5. of this <br />Ordinance. <br />2. Off-street loading as regulated by Section 3, Subd. 6. of this <br />Ordinance. <br />I. Conditional Uses. Subject to applicable provisions of this Ordinance, the <br />following are conditional uses in the LI District: These uses require a conditional <br />use permit based on criteria and procedures outlined in Section 2, Subd. 2. of <br />this Ordinance. <br />1. Open and outdoor storage as an accessory use provided that: <br />a. The storage area is landscaped and screened from view of <br />neighboring uses and abutting residential zoning districts and <br />public rights -of -way. <br />b. Storage area is fenced in an appropriate manner. <br />C. Storage area is blacktopped or concrete surfaced unless <br />specifically approved by the City Council. <br />d. All lighting shall be in compliance with Section 3, Subd. 4.H <br />of this Ordinance. <br />e. The storage area does not take up parking space or loading <br />space as required for conformity to this Ordinance. <br />2. Transmission towers/radio, television and other similar towers over <br />forty-five (45) feet in height and less than two hundred (200) feet in height <br />provided that: <br />a. Any alteration of an existing use (i.e., tower expansion, <br />change/intensification of use, etc.) involving items not identified <br />• <br />s-a <br />
